HOW CAN I JOIN Y.E.S​?
YES is a group of elite students with a free membership! We are open to all high school students (and incoming freshmen-8th graders can serve as observers) who live in the DFW area.
A candidate should be responsible, accountable, reliable, and willing to become an active leader within the community.
Students must commit to attending meetings and participating in projects, business tours, and events.

If a member is unable to fulfill the participation requirements, a monetary fine may be assessed at the end of the service year.
We're recruiting mentors: graduates, and businessmen and women. Yhy not become one to support youth!
Why should you become a mentor？
Mentorship is crucial for Youth. Only through the close impact of business men and women, can students navigate their real-life career path towards such direction.
Who can be a mentor?
Experienced businessmen and women from various fields can be mentors! The most important thing is your willingness to help young people!
How to work as a mentor?
As a mentor, you will work approximately two hours a month in group meetings or one on one conversation on your convenience.

HOW CAN I LEAD YES?
We have our leadership team and staff re-elected annually. There are plenty of opportunities to serve and learn! Leadership Applications will be evaluated and select students will be offered an interview. Selection is based on
final evaluation of interview, application and members' votes!
