Allen Zhang
Hello everyone, my name is Allen Zhang, a senior at Jesuit Dallas, and I’m excited to serve as your President for 2025-2026 alongside this wonderful team. I still remember the first time I went to a YES meeting and was intimidated by all the members in their black business suits. I still am, but YES has taught me to embrace that fear and grow in various ways. I’ve been a part of YES for four years, and am interested in pursuing various fields ranging from business to medicine. Last year, I served as the Executive Vice President and had the opportunity to help co-host meetings and events, namely the YES Launch program. I’ve also served before as a VP of fundraising where I created and sold YES lapel pins. You might also remember my face or my voice from hosting the live and silent auctions. Outside of YES, I’m the assistant captain of Jesuit’s varsity hockey team. As YES continues to grow, this year I look forward to making the organization grow more close and inclusive and hope to make this year fun and enriching for all.

Hello everyone, my name is Josephina Qiu. I’m a senior at Greenhill, and I’m so excited to serve as your Event Planning Vice President for the YES 2025-2026 year. I’ve been a part of YES for four years and have been serving on the Event Planning team for three. Last year, I was the Director of Event Planning, where I helped out with inviting guest speakers for our monthly meetings and coordinating the silent auction at our End-of-Year events. I’m interested in business and economics, and I hope to continue making those resources more accessible for our students this year! Outside of YES, I play the violin and captain the Greenhill debate team. As we go into this next year at YES, I’m looking forward to making new connections with everyone and keep planning fun and engaging events.

Aside from YES, I am a member of the Citizen of Tomorrow, a non-profit online English tutoring program, and various school clubs like DECA, BPA, and NHS. Some of my hobbies include drawing, exercising, and listening to music. I am looking forward to working together with other YES officers in the upcoming year.

My name is Sophie Yu. I am a senior at Mckinney North High and the Director of Fundraising for the 2025-2026 year. Last year, I served as a Fundraising Officer. As an avid member of YES for three years, I’ve enjoyed attending speaker sessions, hosting last year’s Officer Dinner auction, and serving Thanksgiving lunch at a retirement home. This year, I’m hoping to connect YES with more of the community and create inspiring ways to raise funds. I also volunteer at Citizens of Tomorrow. Hey everybody, my name is Wilson, and I'm a sophomore at Centennial High School. It’s an honor to be a journalist for YES this year, especially considering all of the events we have written about and attended. Currently, I stand in my second year at YES, and while I feel much more integrated now, I still remember the days of being new to the whole community. YES brings us together and unites us through fun experiences, ranging from business tours to evening dinners and even sporting events, such as pickleball.
