YES wrapped up another incredible year with a memorable End of Year party, filled with heartfelt moments, exciting activities, and delicious food. The event was a perfect blend of celebration and reflection, honoring the hard work of members—especially the graduating seniors—while looking forward to YES’s future.
The night kicked off with members arriving early to decorate the venue, set up auction displays, and prepare for the festivities. Then a touching segment of the evening was dedicated to the graduating seniors, who have contributed immensely to YES’s growth and success. Each senior received a custom teddy bear—a keepsake to remember their time in the organization—along with other personalized gifts.
The YES community also took a moment to express deep gratitude to Mrs. Ivy Sun and Mr. Ted Sun for their unwavering support and guidance, along with the YES PTA. Their mentorship has been instrumental in shaping YES into the impactful organization it is today. Members presented them with tokens of appreciation.
One of the highlights of the night was the live auction, organized entirely by YES members. The auction featured an impressive array of items, from beautiful Chinese traditional art pieces to high-tech cameras, with all proceeds going towards YES. In addition to the live auction, a silent auction ran throughout the evening, showcasing items generously donated by YES members.
Concluding the night, YES Launch Teams presented their business pitch that they have been working on diligently for the past year. Members spoke with confidence, thoroughly selling every aspect of their product from well-researched market potential to foresight in profit. The judges and mentors gave their approvals as well as advice for further development.
The YES EOY party was more than just a celebration—it was a testament to the strong community built by its members, and the next years to come will be just as great.
